This training activity brought together corneal disease experts and dry eye physiotherapists from many Aier Ophthalmology in Guangdong Province. In his opening speech, President Liu Fei said that the diagnosis and treatment of dry eye needs to be patient-centered, and physiotherapists, as clinical frontline personnel who directly serve patients, play an indispensable role in the diagnosis, treatment and management of dry eye. Manager Zheng Jun shared the topic of "Grasping the "Five Rates", Doctors and Patients Have No Worries", analyzed in detail the core process and efficient development points of corneal (dry eye) patient service, and provided theoretical support for medical staff to improve service efficiency in practical work; At the same time, the roles and responsibilities of specialist nurses and patient assistants are clarified, and the clarity and orderliness of medical team collaboration are enhanced.

Process optimization and follow-up care

Director Ye Jianzhang pointed out that solid and stable dry eye knowledge and timely updating of knowledge reserves are the key points for doctors and physiotherapists to improve diagnosis accuracy and treatment satisfaction. He mentioned that most patients will be very unfamiliar with "dry eye" for the first time, and even if the doctor has explained it clearly, the patient will still ask the physiotherapist. Therefore, it is very important to have an in-depth grasp of professional knowledge such as hierarchical management and treatment of dry eye, common drug treatment for dry eye, and selection of physical therapy plans. The treatment plan adopted by different dry eye classifications will also vary according to the patient's condition, and doctors and physiotherapists play an important role in communicating with the patient's condition, providing home care guidance, and regular follow-up care.

She believes that physiotherapists need to deepen their professional knowledge reserves, from hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, medication guidance to doctor-patient communication, improve service efficiency in an all-round way, and improve patient experience by optimizing the diagnosis process.

Through a number of real cases, Director Zhang Saisai analyzed the clinical application of eyelid margin cleaning, physical therapy and other treatment methods from the patient's dry eye condition, the importance of examination items and targeted treatment plans, and pointed out the importance of the integrated management model of "education-treatment-follow-up" for chronic dry eye patients. She believes that the treatment of dry eyes requires the joint efforts of doctors, physiotherapists, and patients.

随后，省区优秀理疗师陈芷茵、梁妙兴、王玲丽分别从自身经验出发，分享了干眼诊疗流程、患者关怀服务、医患沟通难点等方面的心得体会。除了丰富理论知识分享外，培训班还设置“实景模拟”环节，学员分组演练诊疗沟通、突发情况应对等场景，交叉学习，沉浸式体验，巩固理论知识，提升实战能力。专家现场点评指导，指出优点与不足，帮助学员们提升沟通与应变能力。

在“省区服务能力提升座谈会”中，全体学员围绕干眼诊疗流程、干眼患者服务能力提升、科室协作等议题建言献策，形成多项可行性建议。

成立护理协作组 凝聚专业力量

为进一步推进角膜（干眼）相关新服务理念、新技术及新成果的临床应用，搭建起角膜医护团队间沟通的桥梁，提升班上还宣布成立爱尔眼科广东省区角膜及眼表学组护理协作组。

爱尔眼科医院集团广东省区角膜及眼表学组护理协作组正式成立。叶健章、何曼莎担任协作组指导专家，广州爱尔钟小凤担任组长，东莞爱尔梁妙兴、广州爱尔彭燕担任副组长，省区各医院护理骨干任协作组成员，并由广东省区护理总监助理张海花颁发聘书。

协作组将在角膜（干眼）患者服务领域发挥关键作用，通过搭建护理教学平台、创新护理带教模式，促进医护人员间的协作与交流，共同提升团队专业水平，为患者提供更加全面细致的关怀。
