On June 3, the signing ceremony of the "Happy Campus" alliance and mental health work training activities in Dongcheng Street, Dongguan City were grandly held, and the government, schools, medical institutions and other forces gathered together to establish the "Happy Campus" alliance to jointly sound the clarion call of "medical-school linkage and protection of campus health".

1. The vice principal of health was hired

In this event, six key doctors from Dongguan Aier Eye Hospital, Fuchengbin, Huang Hehua, Liu Jiannan, Liu Qi, Yang Shuxian and Liu Yue were officially appointed as the "vice principals of health" of primary and secondary schools in Dongcheng Street. They will use their professional strength to help the school build a solid line of defense for eye health, guide the school to carry out student vision health management and faculty eye health care on a regular basis, and inject solid support into the campus health system.

2. Professionally build a long-term line of defense for eye health

Fu Chengbin, who was appointed as the first batch of vice presidents of health, also felt a great responsibility as the director of the Department of Optometry and Pediatric Ophthalmology in Dongguan. He said that this position is an honor and a responsibility: "We will rely on the medical-school cooperation mechanism to deeply integrate scientific vision management concepts and methods into the daily life of the campus, and effectively enhance the awareness and ability of teachers and students to take the initiative to protect their eyes." ”

This appointment is a natural extension of Dongguan Aier Ophthalmology's deep cultivation of campus health services, and the hospital has always placed the prevention and control of adolescent myopia in an important position, providing eye health examination and filing services for about 140,000 primary and secondary school students in the city every year, and fully protecting the future of children's "eyes" through dynamic monitoring, timely early warning and professional intervention.

From January to May this year alone, the Dongguan Aier Ophthalmology myopia prevention and control team went deep into the campus to carry out nearly 70 popular science lectures, nearly 20 faculty and staff care actions, more than 10 small doctor research activities, and a parent-child gas station activity for myopia prevention and control, covering more than 15,000 people.

In order to improve the eye health of teachers and students, on the occasion of the 30th National "Eye Love Day", Dongguan Aier Ophthalmology has planned various forms of science popularization activities to bring practical health knowledge and services to teachers and students. The hospital plans to carry out a series of more than 20 activities such as popular science lectures on myopia prevention and control, eye protection stage play "Journey to the Dream Country", eye health care actions for faculty and staff, and parent-child gas stations for myopia prevention and control, so as to improve the eye care literacy of teachers and students in multiple dimensions in the form of entertainment and education.

On the afternoon of June 5, our hospital and Dongcheng Qifeng School held a signing ceremony for party building and co-construction, kicking off a series of eye health care activities.

Immediately afterwards, the hospital carefully organized teacher care activities to provide professional eye health services for hard-working teachers, help them relieve eye fatigue caused by teaching work, and protect their visual health.
