One of the pioneers of LASIK surgery in China. Commenced laser corneal refractive surgery in 1993, with over tens of thousands of LASIK procedures performed to date, establishing him as a leading expert with extensive clinical experience in China’s refractive surgery field. Performed Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) implantation for high myopia as early as 1999, possessing unique expertise in high myopia correction.

Academic Leader under Guangdong Province’s "Qian-Bai-Shi" Talent Project. Published over 100 papers in domestic and international peer-reviewed journals.
